Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive tracking information via email or SMS where applicable.


Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within:

  • 1–3 business days

Please note:

  • Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
  • During promotions, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing and delivery times may be slightly extended.

Incorrect Shipping Information

  • failed deliveries,
  • lost parcels,
  • or additional shipping fees
    resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
